We are looking for organised, reliable candidates to join our fast paced Control/Customer support team who liaise with engineers and customers for emergency maintenance problems. We cover the whole of the UK for emergency Plumbing, Heating, Electrics, Locks, Pest control and Drainage.
The successful candidates will work via the telephone, email or live chat to allocate jobs to engineers for same day work so it's important that an excellent telephone manner is maintained at all times.
The successful candidate will also deal with customer queries via live chat, email and the telephone, ensuring that queries are dealt with in a timely manner and to a high standard.
We have various shifts and shift patterns available as our trading hours are 07:00 - 20:00. The shift pattern will also entail working 1 day of the weekend.
